Retail key removed, can't buy a new key ?

Hello, I bought the game on an external website, Gamivo.com, to get a cheaper steam key, which is completely allowed, but it turns out my key had something wrong with it.
I don't know what was the problem because GGG doesn't answer to my messages to the support, but it was probably some stolen key, and it got removed from my account. Gamivo.com refunded it to me, so I decided to buy the game on steam to avoid any problems in the future. The thing is, Steam still consider I have the game, and tells me this when I try to buy the game: https://i.ibb.co/f806SnN/ext.png When I start the game, after I click on "log in", it tells me I don't have a key. So what do I do now ? How do I buy a new key if steam tells me I won't get a new key because it thinks I already have one ... Last bumped on Dec 24, 2024, 10:50:35 AM

its not stolen... its like everyone else @ this forum has. I have the exact same issue expect that i havent refunded it.

I am facing the same problem. I have written emails as well with no answer. In my case I have been able to play for 5 days. No account after that. What makes me think bad about this issue is the lack of any answer from the developers.

Be sure to include your Path of Exile account name (including four-digit discriminator) as well as the names of a few of your characters so that we are best able to look into things with you.
If you obtained your early access through purchasing one of the Early Access packs, please also include the transaction ID of the purchase. This can usually be found alongside your receipt of payment provided to you by the payment processor you used. If you obtained your early access by redeeming a key, then the key's status may have been revoked if the original purchase was refunded or charged back. If this is the case, you may want to reach out to whoever you received the key from to check with them regarding the validity of your key. | |

If you're purchasing the Early Access pack via Steam and have already unlocked Path of Exile 2 in your library, Steam will warn you that you won't receive Path of Exile 2 in your library a second time. However, if you purchase the pack, you would still obtain access for your account. Once your purchase is complete, you can check for your early access status here. If purchasing the pack doesn't add access automatically but you obtain an access key available on that page, you should be able to redeem it here.
