I cant find my POE 2 account

I made an account for POE 2 on this website so I could play the game. I accidentally signed in on the wrong steam account and it made an account. I realized I did right away so I made another account with the right steam account. I believe they both had the same email and it asked me to if I wanted to combine the accounts. So I did thinking nothing of it. I've been playing a while now on that account and realized I didn't have the 300 points. I contacted support by emailing support@grindinggear.com and received no response its been 3 days since. I then figured I would try logging into the account that would have the 300 coins and start over, but instead in game there is a down arrow with your account name and it had my other account, so I figured I would just start over. I played a little on it until I wanted to use the trade site for gear and realized I cant whisper because I am logged into my account.

idk where else to message. I'd really appreciate some help or direction.
