Chance to not consume corpse

Tested running Sacrifice skill gem with minions, with the following consume skills one by one with the max chance applied: Detonate dead, Decompose (Corpsewade boots)

Specked into 75% of "Chance to not consume corpse when consuming corpses"
25% support: Corpse Conservation
25% wand: Enezun's charge
25% passives: Meat recycling, corpses, corpses

The chance to not consume feels less than 75% (Didn't QA and record everything). Thought maybe these are "Increase chance to not" nodes instead of "chance to not" but the skills under "Usage" state 75% chance to not destroy consumed corpses.

Did some hideout tests with using 0$, 25%, 50%, and 75%. again didn't record just counted while having a stack of 6 minions (for decompose i followed a set track and stopped when minions need to revive).

Detonate dead: 50-75% (likely 75%, just noticed the cases it consumed instantly more frequently than didn't consume)

Decompose: Based it off distance travelled in segments of 6 minions and stopping when all consumed. I see a difference between between 25-75% chance but not the amount you'd expect. I should be able to travel 3 times the distance at 75% (1 dead every 4 triggers, 6 minions, 24 triggers) than i do at 25% (3 dead every 4 triggers, 6 minions takes 8 triggers). Most of the runs only took 2 runs of the 25% to match the 75% run. Only once did it take 3 (didn't count how many runs but did it for a good 30 min of just this test... and the general feel during play support this as well which had a couple hours).

Could be this test was a outlier due to the sample size, and my testing method could have flaws (stopping based off reaction thus more movement was rendered on the 25% tests due to more stops) but it's consistent enough to turn me off of trying to make the builds work.

On another note. Any reason why zombies (either corpse summoned or empowered)
can't be used for consume corpse skills (with sacrifice active)?

Final note... Will we be able to bound spirit skills to our skills bar to toggle them on/off mid fight? This is possible if you keep the skill gem screen open and right click to toggle on and off, but this blocks 1/3 of your screen during combat. I ask as running something like decompose which constantly consumes corpses could be more viable if you can stop and start the Sacrifice skill to keep your minions available to consume at key points of combat.
