frustating bugs in acts/start of endgame

-there are many stuff with "+" that i already finished and it keeps not showing them as completed on act 3

-there are many quests i already finished and they keep showing as "!" on map as not completed

-i cant move to the endgame town so i cant use map device and i still dont have my hideout, so im completly stuck with my witch...


-the portal to go from past/future is missing, im literally stuck
