Act 3: Camp has no waypoint

The Act 3 cruel camp (Ziggurat Encampment, Present) has no waypoint when you go back there after completing the campaign and getting into endgame.

Steps to re-create:
1) go to an act 3 zone such as The Azak Bog

2) town portal

3) End up in the Ziggurat Encampment, with no waypoint present.

I notice that you can't fast travel to the Ziggurat Encampment (Present) after completing Act 3 Cruel, instead it is replaced by the Ziggurat Refuge (Present), my guess is town portal should bring you to the Ziggurat Refuge instead. Either way the waypoint should be re-added as you may end up in The Ziggurat Encampment (Present) playing with friends.

Overall the Act 3 past/present zone maps are a disaster. Them changing around during the campaign, managing the past vs. present map. The fact that Act 3 cruel functions differently than Act 3, it's all just bad.

It is not related to cruel difficulty, I am missing the waypoint too and I have not yet completed the campaign.
