Does this quest /+2 skill points exist also in Cruel ?

Interesting. I search whole map, I dont have the quest item, but waht is more weird, the altar ISNT on the map.

Cleared the map again, didnt get the item.
The only altar is BEHIND the mushrooms man. And its not active. SSF player✔️

Sacrificial Heart happens in time-warp "pre-alpha" Utzaal, not in current-era Utzaal. If there's mushrooms and poo, you're not in the right zones for Sacrificial Heart.
