Visual Bug - Vertex Mask - Monk (Gear and MTX disappearing)

Upon equipping The Tribal Vertex Mask on my monk, my upper body and staff (apart from the bell) disappear visually from the screen.

It also makes my MTX back attachment disappear, I assume because it is attached to the chest that no longer visually exists.

Removing the gear and putting it back on will make it reappear, swapping MTX on and off will make it reappear, but changing zones will make the bug reoccur.

Things I have tried: No Kitiko's gloves, nothing equipped that I won't have attributes for without the mask, spirit buffs off, unspeccing ascendencies to do with chest, no MTX, different MTX. Verifying integrity of files through steam, restarting the game and my PC.

Seems to be completely tied to The Vertex Tribal Mask being equipped on Monk (Invoker, if that makes a difference).
