Temple of Kopec Checkpoint Warping Broken

I am unable to teleport to the final checkpoint (next to the boss) in Temple of Kopec. It seems the dungeon opening and boss checkpoints are somehow being interpreted as the same, meaning when I die to the boss or try to teleport to the boss checkpoint I get sent to the dungeon opening checkpoint.
