Can't teleport to endgame ziggurat

Help - can't teleport to endgame Ziggurat anymore.
Character shows up on nearby map there, but where i am in the campaign maps. Problem started after killing Act 3 boss a second time. Already tried resetting instance and switching between past/present.

S̶a̶m̶e̶ ̶i̶s̶s̶u̶e̶ Similar issue.

- Started an alt character
- defeated the last boss on higher difficulty
- got teleported to end-game ziggurat
- use the button "go to hideout" on the end game map
- got teleported to my hideout that I have set up on original character
- end-game content is no longer available from now on. Attempting to start a map results in "You cannot access content until you have completed the campaign." message.

I cant acces the original end-game ziggurat
I have tried to defeat the last boss again, without any success.
Characters progress stuck

Please disregard my post. I have solve the issue by clicking on act3Cruel weyopint ziggurat refugee then using the map there.

It's not totally the same, I don't encounter any message.

Nothing happens when I try to TP to endgame ziggurat and that's it.

I can clearly see my character location in the ' Mire ' map, bellow the Ziggurat.
