Feathered Fletching node bug

The Feather Fletching node on the skill tree does not work correctly with the support gem that increases projectile speed by 40% more.

In this case it should be 40% more attack damage with bows, but it adds no extra damage.

Added note: When support gem is added my toolbar on my main skill goes from having no extra projectile speed to around 106%-ish but it still does not add a single point of damage.

I have tested my damage against bosses to see the numbers and its not noticeable.
