HARD CRASH IN OGHAM MANOR

i cannot log in cause in the loading screen of ogham manor zone the game just crash . i did shader cache reset and all these but still the same issue.

This is happening to me currently, I crash every time I try to enter Ogham Manor.

how u verified the files there?
