Let me use in game armor as transmog, even if i have to pay 10 bucks for it.

This game has a lot of good-looking armour, and I'm excited to see what the later acts will introduce to the mix, BUT I really want a transmog system to mix and match those items with my mtx stuff.

Ive been playing some of POE 1 and the Cosmetic tab in the inventory is what we need for POE 2. Just let us equip items we dropped but have bad stats on the cosmetic slots so they can substitute whatever we have equipped on the normal inventory slots. That would be really appreciated for Uniques in POE 2, they look amazing, but most are not that interest to use.

I would also be okay with paying 10~15 bucks for an "Armor pack" that contains the in-game items, like uniques, to use as transmog.

The MTX options we have now look awful compared to basic armor even like "Altar robe" come on guys.

We already have that option - the option to copy the appearance of whatever you wish onto another piece of gear. It's called Skin Transfer, you can buy them in bundles. Sadly, they are not implemented yet, but they will be, just like all other cosmetics.

I didn't know that. Amazing then, at least we will have an option to transmog stuff in the future. But its a one-time thing? Like you transform a unique item into a cosmetic one and its there to use when I want or its just a transmog that ill have to pay a dollar every time I change my body armor?

I wonder too. Though by the look of it it looks like the skin will become some sort of Orb-like thing to apply to what you want and probably on a per-item basis.
