PoE2 passive skill tree fix

This a suggestion to basically ease the transition of new players into the game without being overwhelmed the first time they see the passive tree.

Introduce fog into the passive tree that gets dissipated the higher level and possible passive points you have.

Examples:
-At level 2 you could only see where 1 passive point takes you.
-At level 10 you could only see where 10 passives could possibly take you from the starting node of your class.
-At level 50 you could 50+ passives and the entire passive tree would be revealed.

So basically the tree reveals itself the higher level you become.

For planning purposes the tree is already available everywhere else.

The fog hides your potential but limits you to the potential of your current level.

please, no, for gods love and the divine orb drop rates, dont ever do that, they will not be able to plan ahead, many people like to plan ahead and check all the things they will be able to reach, if you do that, it will make people mad because "how could i know that on that side there was a thing i wanted?"
I definitely don't want a fog-of-war that I have to scout out on my own passive tree.

Granted it might be more interesting if respecs were completely free AND you got to keep the nodes you had already discovered. Still this sounds more like something that would be a cool end-of-league event as opposed to something I'd want in the base game.
What if it was optional?
You could turn it off if you already have a previous character who achieved that level. Kind of what happened with the Scion class. You could only unlock the Scion class previously if you had finished the campaign on a different character in POE1.

This is a suggestion only to help make the planning easier for new players.
