PoE2 --- Infernalist Unable to shapeshift

When you shapeshift, you cant have buffs. thats why theres a weapon set specifically for demon form.
but if you have active a persistent Buff for weapon set 1 or 2 (ex.: CAST ON MINION DEATH, grim feast, etc) and deativated for the shapeshift weapon set, you cant transform.


here you can see the sign in the head indicating u cant transform and the weapon set of shapeshift not being used:



when transformed because you are in the shapeshift weapon set, you can activate the buffs for others classes without being detransformed because is other class.

It shouldnt influence what i have in 1 set to the other i think.
