duration of Flames of Chayula not effected by increase skill effect duration

for Ascend Monk Acolytes, I have skill Into the breach and Lucid dreaming. The skill Flames of Chayula is not effected by "increase skill effect duration" on the passive tree, "Chaos damage and duration." Is flames of Chayula a skill? should Flames of Chayula be increase by 3 second after I have a total of 30% increase skill effect duration. Also look into Mantra of destruction skill.


Another issue with into the breach. I remember when I had skill points into that skill and also support gem into that skill. When I respect out of the skill, my support gem disappear/destroyed. unsure where it went.
