Dark Fae Wings

Hello my fellow POE gremlins

I have a question about the fae wings I recently purchased and wanted to confirm if they description of the cosmetic actually show you waypoint areas.

see image below, I have not noticed any in-game difference.

watch the "what's in the necropolis mystery box?" video on the poe youtube. fae wings are 1 minute 54 seconds into the video.
you have to be right next to the waypoint probably for the wisps to move towards it. they dont show them across the map or give gameplay advantage or anything
