Remove Devastate Support from Leap Slam gem engraving suggestion list and block the socketing

When engraving a Support Gem Level 2, the gem Devastate Support shows as a recommendation for Leap Slam.

I tested it and asked in the PoE discord and I realized that Devastate Support doesn't work with Leap Slam because Leap Slam is a Payoff skill gem.

Devastate Support should be removed from the gem engraving suggestion list or it should be fixed to be able to work.

Quoting Payoff mechanic explanation: "Payoff Skills have powerful extra affects when Hitting enemies inflicted with specific Debuffs, often Consuming the Debuff in the process. Payoff Skills cannot inflict the Debuff they interact with."
