new character cant buy from shop as if no gold

just as title states when i made a new character it was as if i dont have gold when i try to buy something. yet if i sold anything on that character i could buy maybe an item or two implying i only had the gold i got from selling on that specific character. lord help me.

I seem to have the same issue, gold from my first character is displayed in my inventory (a few million, so i should have no problem buying). But when i bought stuff to vendors I quickly was unable to. I suppose gold is counted per char but displayed as shared.

It appears that the issue is only with "gambling vendors" those who sell randomized stuff. Works no problem with Zarka for example.
