Witch - Skeletons can´t be summoned

My witch is lvl 23 and has 159 spirit and 50 intelligence. My skeleton warriors are lvl 6 and my skeleton archers are lvl 7(the gmes ofc). Still only 1 archer and 2 warriors are summoned. How can I solve the bug?
