skill gem corrupted mod "+1 level to skill" does not work!!

21 archmage gain 9% damage per 100 maximum mana
20 is 8% using the vaal mod with 19level gem and lightning mastery support gem it shows level 21,but work as level 20,my dps does not change plz fix asap! Last bumped on Jan 7, 2025, 12:51:28 PM

the sad part is that very few have lv 21 gems so this posts go to page 3 after 10 minutes, but i try help posting in all bug about lv 21 gems i can

Also applies to Shockwave totem 21 vs 20. Visiting many of these types of posts and bumping with this new information. My guess is it's a general bug with the lvl 20 to 21 corruption of all of the gems.
