Minion revive timer reset has to go

my apology if there are several threads for this exact topic, but i gave up on the search function after page 4 of "multiplayer REVIVE" threads when looking for "minion revive".
i played a summoner to lvl94 and there are several issues like pathing and targeting, but all that pales into comparison to the revive reset. your minions will get worn down in wave encounters like 4th ritual or simulacrum, even if you have 4-5 clerics and decent minion resis + max life. if the minions start dying, you enter a spiral where the major bulk of minions is already gone and the remaining 3-4 minions are just there to reset the timer over and over again, rendering you helpless for 15-20 seconds, rolling around while a full screen chases you. i have no idea who thought this was a good idea, cause when i started the summoner, i honestly thought it was some sort of a bug, thats how bad it feels. either give us a force-revive skill with a cooldown (yes, im talking about convocation basically), or get rid of the reset. the way it is right now feels atrocious. please chime in, fellow minion enjoyers. im curious if you feel the same way, or if its a user error on my end. i too think it feels bad to have the timer reset every time a minion dies and initially thought it was a bug. i feel like minions are too squishy (and skeletal warriors seem pointless since they have less health than reavers and can't even actively taunt or something though maybe they have better defenses or something idk cause the minion stats pages aren't very informative), but changing the timer might actually alleviate that feeling. it would be less problematic that they died quickly if every one that died didn't set me back by the rest of my dead minions again.

short:
yes, i totaly agree. open: ggg basicaly cut off player's ability to resummon their minions and sell it as a qol-feature (auto-revive). The reason (i think so) is it's not fun gameplay to just revive your minions again and again (now they die and revive again-and-again themselves). -> so they "fixed" boring gameplay and introduce minion's command abilities to make controling minions fun. -> as minions have "powerful" abilities, to make them more balanced -> minions themselves are trash dps. |

100% agree and for me the worst part is people using "weapon set 2"+"blink" to respawn the minions, overpassing the timer!
this I believe is not intended... timer should stay even if I switch weapons or fix the timer for everyone else |

I would first suggest they try setting each minion type to its own timer, so Warriors, Snipers, etc all have their own group timer, then see how that feels. This could even be a Notable Node on the Passive Tree whenever they get around to making the tree more interesting and impactful. Or, perhaps a Keystone: Each Minion has its own revive timer, but they revive 15% slower.
