Swapping between controller and keyboard on GFN reset keyboard

Hello,
I decided to try out a controller on a new character in act 1. After completely exiting the program and restarting on my main with mouse/keyboard, my settings had all reverted to default.

I play on Geforce now through a mac for reference.
