Una’s Hut Act-4 didn't give me the passive points (Solved)

This Post help me a lot.. fucking stupid scroll up..

After I pick up the item for Una.
The mission seems didn't complete at all.

I miss 2 passive points, I suspect this mission have a bug so I can't get my last 2 points.

I already check other missions, all completed except for this...
please help!!

Btw,she already play the musical instrument which I returned as the picture showed.... wtf
