Remove 1 life maps

I am so fucking sick and tired of dying from fucking off screen enemies and being punished by shit game design. Also get rid of the stupid modifier where you cannot regen past 50% like wtf are you all on? how is it you all had 10 years of POE 1 and you learned nothing?
