Huge FPS Drop/Game Desync, CPU throttling?

Most of my experience has been really enjoyable in POE2, except for after last patch.
I cant do breach anymore because my frames drop to like 3, (although the graph says its perfectly fine) & then it catches up when im dead. If a map has to many mobs i stutter and the game crashes. Its constantly freezing my PC on start up/map load. I've googled so many fixes and none of them work, i turned my graphics settings down to the lowest they'll go and the issue is still persisting, except now my entire game goes blurry with the 3FPS. Everything was perfectly fine before the patch but now its like its trying to blow my computer up. Im not tech savvy at all so if anyone has any ideas how to fix this id love the help! +1, same experience here. Was pulling my hair out trying to figure out what was going wrong, thinking my computer was suddenly dying lol. Switching to Singapore servers immediately solved the problem. Hopefully we get a fix soonish.
