Map Boss Skill Points Bugged.

I have completed map bosses on T15/T16/T17/T18 but I am still at 6 points on my Atlas tree. To make sure I wasn't missing anything and was indeed experiencing a bug, I redid all tiers again today.

IS it possible to look into this and rectify it? I feel like I am being locked out of a critical game mechanic on a character I have spent 200 hours playing.

Same problem.

I am having the same issue but I am stuck at 8/10. I think I found out why. I already received the 8 points from the increasing map difficulties.

The last two points come from The Pinnacle of Flame quest. I could not find the Stone Citadel so I purchased the key from the currency vendor. I went and killed Arbiter. The quest is showing complete in my quest log within the map but it still shows "lit up with color" instead of grayed out like the others.

The bug stems from killing the Arbiter without collecting all of the citadel stones within your own map first.
