Cannot attack with crossbow after raising shield in different weapon set

I use shield on set 2 so I can blink, after I raise shield (doesn't matter if I blink or not) when I swap back using left mouse click(shoot current ammo) I'm stuck in animation where I hold my crossbow with one hand. I cannot shoot or do anything until I use a skill with any animation(reload ammo, dodgeroll etc)
