Game Crash at Ziggurat Encampment

Ever since first attempt to zone into Ziggurat Encampment my game crashed, and crashes on "Ziggurat Encampment" loading screen everytime at login now. It has been 2 days of this, have tried various settings as well as verifying game files. Anyone have any ideas?

i am in the same situation.
tried Vulkan, works for 5 seconds then crash, if i get to go back to the previous map it works, only when i try to go in this map it dies on me, tried to delete the shaders folder in %appdata% did not work.. please help

running on AMD 6900, latest drivers
