ALT button makes windows bell sound

Only if you're playing in windowed mode this happens.
When i hold down ALT + any key windows make a default beep sound.

It ONLY OCCURS when I have the path of exile open. If I'm tabbed to anything else nothing happens when i press the button combination.

It's driving me crazy. If anyone know how to fix this please let me know.
