Herald of Thunder not working / Premium Stash problem

I have problem with Skill Gem Herald of Thunder, Is not working, when I'm attacking there is no debuff that stacks also doesn't hit the enemies. The skill is activated, but not working. I tried new items, new tree points, replace support gems or just remove them doesn't help.

Other problem I have is with stash tabs. I have Currency tab, Gem tab, Essence tab etc. When I right click on that tab I'm selecting currency. When I CTRL click to more currency in the stash is not moveing to the currency tab it's moveing to the current opened tab. Same problem for other Stash tabs like Essence, Gems, etc.
