Unable to enter Jiquanis Sanctum for missing side boss bonus after ending campaign.

Trying to go back for Blackjaw, The Remnant for the +2 skill points and cannot get passed the first door once entering Jiquani's Sanctum. I've already ended the campaign and came back for him. I've tried clearing all of Jiquani's Mechanarium and inputting the soul cores first, both with and without talking to Alva first as some have suggested, enter Jiquani's Mechanarium portal door, kill the first couple stone sentinels, but the first automatic stone door will not open again for me so that I can go back and clear a boss I missed the first time.

Similar issue with Ignaduk, The Bog Witch in the Azak Bog. I have killed her 3 times on 3 separate map resets but am unable to get the bonus skillpoints and clear the highlighted skull on the map.

Are you on Console or, more specifically, PS5? I’m in the exact same boat. I’ve killed the big boss 5 times to no avail and cannot get Jiquani or whomever to pop. Level 89 with all ascendancy done but stuck on this.
