Wand/Staff Quality not showing

When using a wand or magic staff, the added quality improves the inherent spell attached to it. The effect of your added quality does not show on the weapon tooltip, nor the skill detail menu. Screenshots below for reference:






Not sure if this is really a bug. If not, I'd say in terms of feedback it would be great to somehow see this information if we quality a wand or magic staff. :)

+1 to this issue. My Chiming Staff is the same way. 20% quality, but tooltips of the Sigil of Power skill don't show the increased AoE
