PoE 2 is crashing along with other random programs.

Here is the latest crash, it closed PoE2 and my browser (Waterfox) for some reason. The same has happened before with Caprine (a FB messenger app).
I've also had simple Crash-to-desktops with no error message.

I'm running PoE2 through steam, on Windows 10 21H2.
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5500
GPU AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT
RAM: 16GB DDR4 3200 Mhz

I've tried switching from DX12 to Vulkan, turning off CPU 0 and 1 affinity, disabling triple buffering, turning off Steam Overlay, switching to Fullscreen, nothing seems to help.

Is there some crash log somewhere that I can upload that would help with diagnosing the problem?

It was kinda stable as long as I played, but as soon as I alt-tabbed to use my browser, it did this.

PoE2 keeps acting like a malware. It randomly closes itself and opens/crashes other programs. Just now I was on a loading screen between areas in A1, and it just closed itself without any error message and opened my discord. WTF?

Is this some kind of dysfunctional anticheat with too much freedom to do what it wants on my system? It literally acts like a malware. Please fix this!
