Can't access instilling window or gem cutting window without respective items

This is a minor gripe, but I used all my ire on a waystone and then closed the window. Was not able to collect the instilled waystone untill I got more ire with no way to open the instilling window, losing access to that waystone. Same deal with the gem cutting window. I would like to take a look at it even if I don't have gems. Thank you!

Hey, so I found a workaround for this. Just put the oil in your inventory (rather than stash) and right-click it. The window should pop-up with your ammy in slot.
