Una's Lute Quest Bug in ACT 1 CRUEL, Book with skill points disapeared

Hello there,

I just got Una's Lute in ACT 1 Cruel and the book with 2 skill points vanished, the quest asks me to talk to Una in Clearfell town but there is nothing I can do to complete this quest as the Lute disapeared and the book never got to my inventory as I clicked it, it just vanished and the discussion with Una just closed down.

Is there anything that can be done ?

I am level 54 Stormweaver Sorceress, and I cannot finish this quest and gain the 2 skill point (that are very much needed).

Please advise.
