Main quest bugged cannot obtain the horn and therefore progress with main story line.

The quest says retrace orbalas path to recreate the horn

Ascent to power and the city of seven orders quests are also bugged and i cannot progress.

I have searched and beaten the djinni boss numerous times :(

Please help!
