Minion Pact dont work with summoned Minions from Sceptre

I use the following gems:
Bonestorm + Scattershot + Brutality + arcane tempo + Minion Pact

My plan is to sacrifice the minions from my sceptre.
i use a "Grants Skill: Level 14 skeletal warrior minion"

My sceptre minions are gem boostet with Meatshield.
That mean they have about 2k life.
My life is 2.3k and that mean, it would be instant killed.

So if i fight, not a sigle minion would be sacrificed.

ergo: it wont work

iam just stupid!

My minions have to less life. :(
