Need ability to watch skill videos from skill screen

The only way to watch the little tutorial videos is from the Gem Cutting screen. If you're curious to rewatch a skill you've already allocated you gotta use a gem to get there.

I think having a shortcut from the expanded arrow menu to watch the video from there would be nice.

In fact the Gem Cutting screen has lots of info I'd like to be able to see without possessing and clicking on a gem to get there.
