Trailmaster fragment stuck/lost

Hello,

after completing 10 trials you have the trailmaster door at the end which needs 3 fragments to get access to.

I put in 1 fragment I got from this run to try it out, but I could not remove it after inserting it. So it's basically lost.

Please fix this and let us remove the fragment again. This could also be the case at other doors that need such fragments. Maybe Arbiter of Ash.
