Orb of annulement on magic item - BUG

Hi,

Used an Orb of Annulment on a 1 prefix magic item. Item had 0 modifiers (like a normal item) but still was blue so could not use an exalted orb on it.

Either bug or remove the possibility to use orb of annulement on magic items.

You can only exalt rares. If you want mods, use Augments when it is blue.

This is working as intended. You never can lower the rarity of an item. Here is how they work

upgrade path - white->blue->yellow

chance orbs do: white->brown for uniques or the item is destroyed.

Annulment orbs - Remove 1 mod from item. As many times as you'd like. Never will it lower rarity. There are crafting scenario's where this is best method
