PoE 2 - Witch Demon Mode + Radiant Grief Ignite bug.

When using Radiant Grief unique helmet Enemies in your presence are ignited.

Activating Demon Mode disables the unique effect and stops igniting Enemies in your presence.

Shape-shifting should only disable weapon/sub-weapons and not the helmet.

I noticed this happens when you enter a new zone. Re-equipping the helmet after you enter a new zone fixes this for now.
