Ps5 can't create character bug

Hi I was able to make a witch on launch I'm on maps with this character but I want to try other characters out....when I choose a new character it ask for me to name the new character.....when I have chosen the name of go to start the server up but everytime I do it keeps asking me to type in the characters name....is this a bug or not I dunno

UPDATE....i5s not a bug what I have noticed is your game does not say if a character name you had chosen was already being used, now all I did was put abcde and it worked....so if you could in a future patch fix this issue where the name is already being used by someone else....because I was so close to just giving up on this EA for a hpod few months
