Rootdredge map icon bug

I killed Rootdredge on my first cruel play but the icon for the boss on the map did not show completion.
I killed him again just now and cleared the whole Sandswept Marsh map, but the map icon is still showing as if uncompleted.

(Side note: my health bubble shows empty since last restart even after taking damage (restarted after last thread: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3653026))

Can confirm for PC and X-Input.

Experienced this one as well on PC.

Here to confirm the same. PC using a controller. Beat him a 2nd time just to be sure.
