Losing maximum life after going past 174 str

Sorry for the repost, I've just realised my previous post is in the wrong section.

Hello, my character lose maximum life after adding more than 174 str.
Please let me know if this is a bug or just a strange interaction between my items.
I will provide additional information about gear and passive if necessary.
