Sacrificial Heart quest item

So I missed the ritual site for the Sacrificial Heart, and I went straight into Act 1 Cruel not even thinking about it, and to say it was a pain to get back to Aggorat is an understatement. When you get to Clearfell, the gateway in the Ziggurat Encampment doesn't send you to the area where you enter Utzaal from. It sends you straight back into The Riverbank. AND when you get to The Riverbank and portal out, the encampment doesn't have a waypoint. You gotta go aaaaaalllll the way down to The Drowned City and TP from there. WTF?!
