Overwhelming Presence effect overbearing

When you get close to mobs, they get a little shroud effect on them. The effect is too much, especially in darker maps. Can't even tell what mob type is running at me when they're shrouded in the initial effect.

+1, I want to use this gem but it's an absolute degradation of visual clarity in maps. Tone down the effect please for the sake of visual clarity please.
