Flame Wall not casting when you press it and movement issues

When trying to cast flame wall as a sorceress it often will not cast. It is very sporadic when it decides to cast.

When trying to move away from bosses instead of moving when you click away from them you cast whatever spell your weapon has on it.

I'm having similar that when in a pack of mobs flame wall often won't cast, and it feels like my sceptre (disclipline, and left set to move only) is hitting the mob instead.

I have mana for it, Its not reliant on gear based stats and I'm click to move, with footprints on the left click.

Its intermittant enough I cant' quite be sure why its doing this, as I can't entirely test for it.
