Just killed Zarok The Temporal got dced and couldn't allocate my ascendance points...

Is there any way to get the ascendance points? I even have the unique Relic he dropped.

To be honest, the Trial isn’t something that’s fun to repeat. It was hard, and it took me almost an hour and a half just to reach him and defeat him. I really don’t want to go through the entire Trial again.

Is there a way to create a support ticket or something similar to have the ascendance points added to my account?

Normally, when I get dced while still in the Trial, I can go back since I don’t lose the key and the door remains open. But after I killed him and the Trial ended, I got disconnected and couldn’t return.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
