URGENT: Bricked Inventory!! Cannot discard Exquisite Idols!!

I have some of these Equisite Idols I found and thought nothing of it, until I killed the Act 3 final boss, and then come to find out, you cannot return to Oswald in Ziggurat (present), because it forces you into Cruel difficulty, putting you on the shores to start Act 1 Cruel.

I cannot use the waypoints to go back to Act 3 standard, to sell these Exquisite Idols, and it will not let me discard them, because they show up as "quest item" which is silly.

My inventory is bricked as a result with worthless items that cannot be placed in stash or discarded. HELP!!!

Teleport to "Jungle Ruins (Present)" WP in Act 3 Cruel and find the entrance to Ziggurat Encampment, it will let you walk into town in present timeline where you can find Oswald.
