My sub account merger ticket was approved on the 19th of November. There has been no progress since then. The development team said they would support both games at once and it seems that poe 2 has absolutely flipped that on its head. It's fairly clear that the devs cannot handle support for both games. Which is incredibly disappointing as I do not like the watered down version of poe that is poe 2. Has anyone actually had a sub account merger completed?

I have been waiting for a response since November 16, my account has been dissociated from my email and my steam, their discriminator update is the cause of this problem , 2 days later they asking me few characters name , nothing since ...

Waiting for the reply since the launch. Did you even got some kind of automated answer like ticket number?

I got an automated email on the 29th stating they had alot of tickets and not yo reply to push mine back in the line. Nothing since.

Man this is disheartening. It doesn't seem anyone has had this completed. I've looked on reddit and other sites and it's the same story.
